HOW DO I PROTECT MY JEWELLERY?

It is very important to us that you enjoy your zantoz piece of jewellery for a very long time. Therefore we would have some points to keep in mind to keep the shine and fun of your product for as long as possible.

Jewellery should always be stored in a dry place. If you don't wear your jewellery often, keep it in a jewellery bag. Good storage boxes are lined with a fabric that prevents tarnishing and have a dedicated space for each individual item. If you live in a humid climate, place a small packet of desiccant crystals in your storage box. Avoid storing jewellery with rubber products. Always remove your jewellery when applying perfume or other chemical products.

Chlorine can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewellery - especially at higher temperatures. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth. However, do not press down too hard when cleaning, as this can damage the jewellery, especially vermeil, which is dangerous for the surface.

In most cases, simply use a non-abrasive cloth to clean. Use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean extremely dirty jewellery (but be careful not to use a hard bristled toothbrush as this may damage the finish). Also make sure that you rinse your piece of jewellery well afterwards and dry it with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Water residue can cause stains. Make sure the jewellery is completely dry before putting it back in the storage box.
